1. Local Video Analysis (On-Device)

All AI stroke detection, pose estimation, and video clipping are processed locally on your device. Your tennis videos and images are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party cloud services. Your performance data stays exactly where it belongs: with you.

2. Information We Collect (Non-Personal)

To improve your experience and the app's performance, we use limited third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics: We collect anonymous, non-identifiable usage data (such as button clicks and feature usage) to understand how the app is used. This data is not linked to your identity.
• Resource Downloading: The app connects to our secure server (OSS) to download tennis assets, models, and reference materials. During this process, no personal files or metadata are accessed or transmitted.

• Camera & Photos: The app requires camera access for real-time analysis or recording. We only access photos/videos you specifically select for analysis.
• Internet Access: Required to download latest training resources and for anonymous analytics.
